I have been here 2 times since it was recently rebuilt. Both times my food was prepared incorrectly and the staff acted more suspicious that I was lying rather than actually being helpful. Neither time did they apologize. I do not like the new layout either. I feel like the kids area is unsanitary as the children play a game on the floor and touch screens on the wall. The wipes they offer don't cut it! I would rather drive out to the Camby or Plainfield McDonald's than re visit this one. They've lost my business.
It took 19 minutes to get food. The whole order was wrong except for the fries and sausage mc muffin. The other 4 sandwiches where all wrong. Couldn't order a certain coffee because they where out of some things. Seemed like the people/kids where to busy playing around, you could even here them when our order was being took. That was even a task for them to do that. Plus they brought the wrong order out to us and the car next to us the first time they came to the car
Brand new store, looks great. The staff is still working through the kinks I think. It took a very long time to get our food and they were supposed to bring it to the table and couldn't quite get it all together and get it right. They also ran out of eggs at breakfast. Growing pains I'm sure, after all it was Black Friday around 9 am when we went, so they were slammed to be fair. The new inside was very nice and clean and comfortable.
Don't know why this piece of @&$ place is listed as open 24 hours. They used to be, before they decided to suck. Last time the McRib came around I sat in the drive thru for ten minutes to be told they were out. Put up a sign dumb &*$#s. Really don't appreciate waiting in line for a product you have signs advertising and then getting told, "Oh, we're out of that." &#&^ off. I'm not paying you money for an alternative. I will take my business to a place that provides what they say they offer. I drove off and won't be back for awhile. The extra three minutes to Wendy's if I want a burger is worth it, but I"ll probably just go to Taco Bell. One star is too generous.
Totally remodeled and is great. People are still getting used to the double drive through but its getting better. All in all a great McDs. Always has been!!
