The new/used 2017 SUV I bought had a "splatter" of something on the clear plate covering the back-up screen, inside the vehicle. It would not clean off with windex. The Dealer was hesitant to help me, under warranty, because it meant a new radio@ $2500. Michael dug in and tried a few of his magic tricks and got it CLEAN! He thought something with an acid base had been splashed on it. He was determined to make it better than it was and he did! He is patient, competent and knows his stuff! Thank you, Michael! Call him!
