My 2 year old had a cavity that I could see. None of our family had been here before. They were able to get him for a cleaning/exam the next day. All of the staff was great with him and made him feel very comfortable. They even squeezed my 11 month old in for a quick check. The dentist my husband and I went to would not see our son because he was too young. We will be switching the whole family. Great experience!!
I went there because of the good reviews. They're too busy to spend adequate time with each patient. As a new patient and after taking x-rays they refused to proceed with teeth cleaning as scheduled due to timing.
Dr. Frazee and his staff are simply stellar! I have had about 12 cavities filled over the course of 2 visits. I had neglected my teeth for years and had started to feel dirty/gross I thought I was going to lose them all. Frazee and his team made me feel like I was cared about they quickly offered solutions and began to get my mouth all fixed up. This process was quick and no where near as painful as I had expected. I can not thank them enough for restoring hope back into me and a beautiful smile.
Incredibly friendly staff, quick service, Dr. Frazee is so down to earth and is loved by his staff which reflects very well in the upbeat personalities of all of his wonderful team. Did I mention how fair the prices are here! My last dentist was raising his prices every visit... not here! I hate going to the dentist but I love going here! Keep up the great work!!!
Great staff and dentist Dr. Clay was amazing! I went in for an extraction of a molar with infection. I was terrified, I'm a typical person who is afraid of the dentist, but he made me feel very comfortable. Even with the amount of pain I was in when I walked in, I didn't feel anything! Not the needle for the anesthesia or the tooth being pulled! I was impressed! I was a new client there and the staff made me feel like I was a regular client who had been going for years. I didn't wait long at all. I will definitely be going back to them as a regular though! Thank you Dr. Clay and the Frazee staff!
