The employees are very rude and they are NOT knowledgeable about the phones that they have or your own phones that you bring in to be looked at (checked out) I will drive to the store located at stop 11 and 31 which is a longer distance from me. It's worth it!!
The staff here is very friendly and professional me and my wife got the most excellent service here and a very smooth easy process from transitioning in both our iPhones to androids thank you again big shout out to our sales rep who has helped us throughout the whole process she knows who she is!
We went there to switch networks. Our representative was really good. I loved that she took the time to check if their network would work for us or not. That's what a good customer service representative would do. However that store has a lady, I don't really know if she is the manager or not. She was the rudest, nastiest, worst customer service person ever. Hands down the worst. She doesn't know her job and she was just so rude. She made everyone feel uncomfortable. It's one of those people who think that knows it all but realistically doesn't know anything. Very sad for the people who have to work with her.
