There was only one person working there on a Saturday. The woman employee did as good as she could and was fast because there were two people waiting in line after me. (They didn't have a box that fit what I was trying to ship so the next size up was a huge golf bag size (almost as big as me) so it was $25 just for the box and packing preparation. I could only afford to box it on my 1st visit.
There's usually a pretty efficient team of employees working to process customers as fast as possible.
The staff has always been extremely friendly. The owner makes sure that everybody is taking care of quickly and efficiently. I've never had a problem at the store. I would highly recommend then.
I have all of my sales brochures and labeling done by The UPS store in Camby. They do a great job and have a printing specialist (Candace) that goes out of her way to help.
Absolutely horrible,Nick Cragen,the owner let Cassondra go,the only employee who would actually go out of her way to help you,i'm sure many many people will agree,absolutely absurd.
The 2nd visit I had sticker shock as I came back to find out how much it would be to ship it: It was going to cost over another $80 just to ship the box (not including insurance). I still haven't shipped it. I didn't realize this location was for business shipping.
