I waited 10 minutes to get through the customer service line, and then another 20 minutes for them to retrieve it from somewhere in the back.
ASM's Dave & Nathaniel were two of the rudest managers I have ever met. They come across as being always right & never wrong. They even refused to follow their own companies return policy on a $1500 riding mower. They have lost yet another customer.

This location has the worst customer service. I was told I cannot order an item online and pay with an in store credit card, go to W 10th St and they were able to make it happen. The employees at this location would rather lie to you than simply check into something! Lazy employees! Will no longer shop at this location for absolutely anything!!!!!
Would have been quicker to just get it myself.
The staff is very helpful throughout the store. I have had many questions answered in a respected way. However, the front customer service desk is chaotic, they are short with answers and always seem to be rushing around.
