I had the bad experience of renting a mobile home from these people for a while. Whenever we had something wrong with it, it took forever to get it fixed. And sometimes they just wouldn't fix a problem at all. I guess I should actually really like this place because they treated us so bad that they gave us the push we needed to go buy a place. Much nicer, and for a lower monthly payment.
They were on the news for the trash lot.. Never again
Peaceful and quiet. No one bothers you or try and get into your business
Under new management again so hopefully it will get better. Rent is a little high based on the fact that there is only a minimal play ground and basketball court, but there is no pool or on-site laundry mat or covered parking. There is currently repairs going on for some kind of flooding issue.
I've dealt with the office a couple of times and they were very nice and helpful. Grounds and buildings are kept up and clean. I don't live here so can't say any more than that.
