My landlord uses them for their property manager, my landlord is great I've known her since I was growing up, however Mathis is the slowest and cheapest company at getting something repaired. We had a leak in our house that ended up flooding most of the down stairs, as well as a leak in the cealing upstairs. The contractors didnt find a source to the leak so they redid the messed up portion of the cealing and replaced the tile that had mold growing from the water leak. This took over a month to get done, they haven't even mentioned anything about putting us up in a hotel or something since we obviously couldn't live in the house with mold, we had to move our cat and dog out haven't heard anything from them about that we are ready to move back in to the place we love. They are just inconsiderately taking their sweet time having simple tasks performed.
