The consistency of the food quality is much appreciated. We have been going to Squealer's for more than 14 years and every time tastes as good as the first. This time, I enjoyed the full rack of St. Louis style ribs with steak fries and macaroni and cheese. The rub on the ribs is delicious but adding some of their sweet sauce really brings out the flavor. And then there are those deep fried rolls with Apple butter. Just wonderful.
Great place. Their meats are awesome without the addition of sauce. Side items are delicious. Fried biscuits are out of this world. Good selection of sauces. Will be back
Not a big fan of BBQ... But did like it...the sauces are very good, award winners actually... And handmade chips are excellent... The atmosphere is casual... plenty of televisions... Memphis style blues play in the background... Get in and out for a good and quick lunch
The ribs were tender and delicious. The dinner came with 2 sides and fried biscuits. Very filling.
This was my first visit and I was not disappointed! Everything was delicious, especially the brisket. The pulled pork was great, as well as the green beans, the fried biscuits with apple butter, everything! Our server was fast, friendly, and informative. Can't wait to go back!
