I've been with chase for 5 years and I'll never use another bank. This particular location is so friendly and helpful. It's usually not very busy either.
Point of the post is that Chase Bank is a joke. Customer satisfaction isn't a concern of theirs. I'm actually rather upset that I had to give them 1 star....

Oh, what's that, they couldn't process your request? "Another win for Chase. Dang we're good at wasting people's time."
Over here is our convenient machine that can do everything a teller can. "I don't know why I'm pointing you to a machine when I could assist you myself, especially knowing that the machine probably won't allow you to do what you need to."
Won't let my wife pay a house payment because it's cash. Because it could be money laundering. Just dumb. And they are so slow, it takes forever when you go in there.

Staff is very helpful, a good atmosphere, and the location hours are great.
I apologize the machine couldn't assist you, a teller will be with you momentarily. "I knew the machine wouldn't work, now they have to wait in this ridiculous line that will inevitably have them irritated before they reach the desk."
