I have been trying very hard for about the last 4 years to make healthier choices. This has involved a lot of research, and time and money. I really want to control my cholesterol without taking medication. I believe in and grow my own Kifer grains. I drink acv and make turmeric paste. I eat dark berries, drink tart cherry juice, water with cucumbers, ginger, fresh mint and lemon. I believe in raw milk, coconut oil, and even lard! The list goes on and on as to what I have been learning and trying. I love the journey that I am on and I feel good about it. I don't appreciate how he argues with me about all of it. I believe in doctors and medicine. But I also believe in trying to make a difference on my own.
