Dr. Blackwell is the only one who I trust with my performance horses.... She is very thorough and knows her stuff. She does not give up on a treatable injury like most. If it wasn't for her my 1D barrel horse's career would have been over years ago when he suffered a traumatic leg injury and 3 vets told me to put him down . Thanks to Dr Blackwell he has had a long successful career since then
Nothing but good things to say. Absolutely love the doctors and staff. I called 30 min before closing because my pup wasn't doing well at all. They got me in and did all the in depth testing that needed to be done even though it took a lot of time and they were closed. Dr. Roe truly loves your animal as much as you do!
We have gone to HHVC for over a decade. We had our dog run over by a delivery truck in our driveway, and they did alot for us on standard pet check-ups, after the emergency care elsewhere, to get our dog rehabilitated. Their staff is friendly and attentive. I'm not sure what some other reviewers' complaint on price is, but $35 for a "small animal exam" seems pretty fair. Check out the cost of your standard family doctor check-up on your insurance EOB form ...

Is definitely more expensive than other vets. Liked them until they got pissy about my one year old cat not being fixed yet.
