I called the Service Center @ 7:40ish in the morning, told them I had a transmission problem, but that I needed to be at work by 9 am. The gentleman asked me how far I lived and told me to bring it in and they'd take care of me. That's exactly what they did! Nice friendly staff @ the service center and before 11:00 I was being contacted and advised that my truck was ready for pick up and it was. Then they kindly sent a driver out to my home to pick the truck back up. My truck is driving the way it should again and I really want to say Thanks to the gentlemen that assisted me!
I've bought more than my share of vehicles over the years and I will quite comfortably say that, hands down, these have been most ethical, straight forward, and easiest people to deal with ever. Roger, Dan, Craig, and the rest of the crew were fantastic. I'm an hour away from them and it's worth every minute of the trip.
