Called about looking at a nice Saab. Said they would stay late for me to test drive it. Called to confirm 3 separate times that the car was available, and that they would be at the dealership (if you can call it that) for me to talk to them about it. They told me that they wouldn't be able to stay late anymore (as I was on my way to view it) but that they would leave the keys in the ignition so that I could still test drive it. Showed up, and IT WAS THE WRONG CAR. When I called to tell them, the guy said and I quote, "Yeah, we sold that last week." That was it. How do you not know what cars you have available? You can't look out the window to your tiny parking lot to eyeball the car? Seems to me that they need to review their business practices. If the owner and two of his employees can't get it right, then theres probably no hope of having a decent experience at this place. I'm only giving this one star because because you can't leave the rating field blank.
All in all, you are much better off buying a used car somewhere else.
I looked at a few cars at Midstate, and found one that I liked. It seemed to be in good condition so I drove it, everything seemed fine. Due to working 50+ hrs. a week, I went against my better judgement and purchased the vehicle without having it inspected. I was guaranteed the car was in great shape so I took them at their word. Big mistake. Within two months, every dash light was on so I took the car to the dealer. Electrical, chassis, exhaust, emissions systems all had parts that needed to be replaced. The total estimate was for more than what I payed for the car. Conveniently their extra "warranty" that I purchased didn't cover a single thing. I am since out of the car and after taking the time to be thorough, have found much more credible, helpful, and honest dealerships in the area. They either don't even know what condition their cars or in, or are just ripping people off. Either way... BAD BUSINESS

Initially I was pleased with how friendly our salesman was. Then he was not able to answer any questions about my car or tell me if it had Bluetooth technology. I took the car for a drive and figured this all out on my own. He sold me my vehicle (2016) and verbatim said the tires were brand new with only a couple hundred miles and all maintenance had been kept up. Less than a year later (less than 10,000 miles) one tire blew while I was driving. Could have killed me. Then upon inspection, all 4 tires were not driveable and I had to buy 4 new tires. They also notified me that none of the yearly maintenance had been kept up and I spent nearly $1000 in additional work. I genuinely think the guy means well but doesn't know enough about the vehicles he keeps on his lot. If I knew I would spend $1000 on tires and $1000 maintenance a year later I would have invested that into my initial purchase.
You can ignore the comments from last year. New manager and a new attitude. Bought a car in the old location, good car, good price, Matt treated me well. The new loaction is great, more cars, a real office. As the review below says, a lot better than dealing with the big dealerships.
