My advice to anyone looking for a car or truck to bypass this place as if it had the black plague. There are other options out there.
Seeing that you say it only took a few hours to fix then it begs to reason that a decent individual, 30 years of good service providing, fine establishment such as this would have been willing to add the price of repairs to the total cost of the vehicle. Which was exactly what we practically begged you to do. I don't assume all your inventory is garbage, just your customer service. It's no big deal just as you stated in your response I just felt it morally correct to forewarn anyone else who may have the misfortune of buying said junk from you doesn't expect any type of help after buying a clunker, but I wouldn't expect you to understand anything that resembles morality. Just a freindly warning for your next victim.... Or customer, depending on the point of veiw.
We and my son are buying a trailblazer from valley motors right now. Juat got it before Christmas. It drives good. But it was pulling to the left. Found out one reason why. The driver tire had a huge spilt in it. Thank goodness it didnt blow out on me when i was driving it. Did i call the dealership no. Cause it was sold as is. So i knew they probably wouldn't be able to do anything. Just check the tires on the vehicle before you leave the place. Cause mine was really bad. It could of caused a wreck or us getting hurt if the tire blew out. But thats what you have to deal with when you buy a vehicle as is. And at a buy here pay here. Theres other things wrong with it too. If j would of had more time to check it over. I dont think i would of gotten it. Probably something else they had on there lot. But it was all i could afford right before Christmas. There service was great and very friendly staff. Its nice to go in a place and be able to joke with out them being stuck up. They are friendly. The pricea arw better then a dealership. But with a dealership you do get help if something goes wrong. Yes i would recommend them to my friends.
I love my new car !!! They were very helpful & didn't charge me an arm & leg... only a few fingers, lol !!! Actually, after I paid it off I needed help with my window & they did what they could with no charge & told me what I needed to buy. I would definitely buy from there again & send everyone I know there :-) !!!
Nice folks but they don't seem to take pride in their products. I called ahead in the morning to test drive 4 vehicles and arrived that evening. One vehicle still had a flat tire and wouldn't keep running. The other three had numerous issues. One had 4 dummy lights on and the speedometer and odometer didn't work.
I had originally gave a five star review, but now i re cant my previous comments. I am in bad health and was upfront about that from the start, all i wanted was a dependable mode of transportation and within the first week i've had nothing but problems with it. I called and was told to come in and they would help me out. I drove up there only to get the run around and drive my POS back home. The next day I had a doctor appointment at Methodist hospital in Indianapolis In. Only to not even make it out of the city ry before it starting to overheat. I am in heart failure and the last thing I need to worry about is breaking down and being stuck somewhere.
These people have some twisted sense of customer service. I have come across some shady people as I have worked at a used car dealership but the people here qualify as down right crooks. I won't go into the details but long story short don't waste your time or money here. Throw your cash out the window you'll be just as well off.
