I had a really bad experience with this place. I took my truck there to have my sway bar bushings replaced. When I went back to get my truck, they told me that the bushings on both of my control arms were shot making the control arms dangerously loose. I was skeptical. So I immediately took my truck to a friend that was an excellent auto mechanic. He checked the control arms, and noticed that they were real loose! Then he immediately noticed that it wasn't the bushings at all. It was because there was 1 nut loose on both control arms! One of them was so loose that he could turn it with his hand!! We tightened them and I haven't had any problems with them since then. I am not going to say that they loosened them intentionally because I wasn't there. But if they didn't, they are incompetent to the point of being dangerous! And they were ready, willing, and able to do work on my truck that was not needed.
I came in to Big John's needing new brakes and rotors. I worked with Andrew and he helped me out tremendously, seeing as how I was from out of town. They treated me right and gave me a great deal with great service. I would recommend this shop to anyone! They are good people.
John and his men are top notch. They are honest and very knowledgeable in all areas. I will recommend them to anyone needing any type of service done on their vehicles. This shop will be my forever go too for any complex issues. From new to old they cover it all. A+ work here, look no further.

Excellent service! Mechanics always safely escort me into the shop and point out and show me anything the feel might need attention to my vehicles. Bulbs, leaks, tire checks, brake life, all fluids etc.. highly recommend this shop. I live out of state now, but when I come to visit family I always drop by for an oil change.
