I am so impressed with the service and the way I was treated . I had some major work done to my vehicle . Tires replaced, wheel bearing and tire rods. I am confident and satisfied in the work that they did. This was my first experience at any big o tires and I can tell you that I am now a loyal customer. Thank you Tom Duh.
On Dec. 11, 2017 my 88 year old mother being the independent soul she is, took her car to Big O with a nail in the tire. They let her sit in the lobby for FIVE HOURS while these “professionals” manage to lose her car keys. And when they were finally found in the ignition, her battery was dead. True story.
