Jeff was knowledgeable and had the problem figured out almost before we left. He told us it would take about a week, but four hours later he had called us back and said "I had a chance to look at it" and said we could pick it up in 45 minutes! The price was fair (maybe a bit low!) and the repair was very well done. I very much recommend Jeff to anyone who owns a VW!
